A decrease in theses womens' accompaniments seems to be noticed by the " service d'accompagnement des femmes en difficultés" has this evolution a link with the application of the new law? Method : 13 in-depth interviews regarding factors affecting the accompaniment of women giving birth in anonymity and their legal knowledge were carried out on a diverse sample of professional belonging to the SAFED (Hôtel-Dieu's maternity ward, Rennes) and to the adoption's District comitee (Conseil Général of Ille et Vilaine). Results : women with anonymous delivery are less numerous and are later followed for their pregnancy. An increasing anxiety and guilty seems to be perceived. Poor professionals' knowledge of law and anonymity protection make them feel that this new law contribute to these developments. Moreover, because of the lack of more detailed regulation, professionals need to find other arguments that would be helpful when deciding on anonymity. Conclusion : if better informed at the beginning of their pregnancy womens' who take this step could be less apprehensive.
